I stayed here for a trip and would go back in flash. Grounds were kept spotlessly clean, breakfast was freshly prepared. There was a lot of options for breakfast, including croissants, toast, cereals, and fruit, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The location of this hotel

I got a spotless and airy room with private bathroom. The hotel was in a central setting near the sea. Further, it was just next door to Arbour House, shops, bars, restaurants, beach & train station, and the centre of Swanage.  

We had a lovely stay at Arbour House. The rooms were adequate, with all the necessary amenities including coffee facilities, towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. The location was just a short walk from the seafront. Breakfast was incredible,

Extremely comfy bed in the double room, plus coffee and soundproof windows. Great service, parking nearby.

We had really enjoyable experience here, no complaints whatsoever!

Brilliant meals with cool drinks. Peaceful and incredible location for our visit to Swanage Museum around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

As for me, it's a cool place to stay in Swanage. The breakfast is generous, savoury and the staff is amazing. It offers efficient services.
